The hotel location was FANTASTIC. The staff were helpful and kind. The pool was great after sightseeing on a hot day!!!
The room lacked adequate storage space. I had to live out of my suitcase. The bed also proved uncomfortable.

My room, a comfort double or twin room, was really clean. the location allowed for simple walks to the tram, shops, and restaurants. It was all so close. i loved that the pool got sun most of the day. It felt very peaceful
The in-room iron was only available upon request. I wished it was readily available.
