central location afternoon tea small cubicle english channels
The location was really central, a total win for getting around. i enjoyed the afternoon tea. It was a lovely touch (i especially liked the cakes!).
the shower cubicle was small, a bit of a squeeze. also, we couldn't find any english channels on the tv, so that was a bummer.

street noise uncomfortable bed
The noise was a real issue. I had a room facing the street, and it was loud all night. the constant tram noise and people yelling made it hard to sleep, even with the windows closed. also, the bed wasn't great. It felt old and not very supportive, my back was killing me each morning.

the staff helped us locate a tire repair service after we got a flat tire. they showed such kindness and provided helpful assistance. the hotel offers an excellent location near the tram and many restaurants.
street facing rooms can be noisy. loud voices from food delivery workers near the entrance were disturbing late at night.

The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. The breakfast included a good selection of food. The staff provided helpful information about local attractions. I also appreciated the availability of luggage storage after check-out.
the SHOWER cubicle was quite small. The view from my window overlooked a rather unattractive courtyard. There were NO English language channels available on the television, disappointing.
