amazing experience!
great locationfriendly staffclean room
I loved the location. It is near the market and the castle. the staff was friendly and allowed me to check in early. the room was spacious. it was super clean and the bed was comfortable. i really appreciated how quiet it was too.

the hotel features a cozy lounge with jazzy music and a bar that serves ginger tea and coffee. there is a laundry machine available . i found this very convenient.

the location is fantastic, only around the corner from the market. i could easily walk to the higashi chaya tea district. it's just a short distance from the gardens and other attractions.

i enjoyed the coffee and breakfast set available in the morning. the cafe downstairs was friendly. i especially liked the home-made granola and fruit breakfast and the exquisite ginger tea.

the staff was nice and helpful and spoke english well. they even provided pajamas, what a treat. they gave me directions to the park and the castle while it was raining.

the staff was very friendly. they gave good recommendations of local places to visit. the location was great (i especially liked being close to the market).
The room was quite small. i had trouble with my luggage inside the door. the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises around me.
