The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary beverages in the lounge. I found the hotel design to be both great and cozy. The amenities, along with complimentary drinks and snacks, were excellent. It was the best hotel I've experienced since traveling in Japan.
The rooms felt a bit small. I found the pillows to be too thin, causing some discomfort during sleep, therefore additional pillow options would be beneficial

The location was good. It was situated between the station and popular sights. I could conveniently visit Omicho market on my way to the Kenroku-en garden. The hotel is on a quiet pedestrian street near all sites.

The room was smaller than expected. there was not much space for luggage. the breakfast was entirely japanese. I would have liked more variety.
