The location was amazing, i found it ideal for my needs. It's a very short walk, under ten minutes, to the train station, and this was important for my early departure. the staff helped me with directions and stored my luggage securely before check-in. i also appreciated the modern design of the rooms, with very clean spaces, and the underground parking was an added bonus.
This was only a slight inconvenience.

the front desk staff was very friendly and spoke english easily. i secured free parking because i booked through a specific website. the manager, diego, offered helpful tips such as directions to the bull run location.
the air conditioning was limited to only two months during the summer.

I found the location quite convenient for accessing transportation. the room had blackout curtains. They helped ensure a restful sleep. the staff provided clear directions to nearby attractions and were always available.
the soundproofing was not great i heard noises from adjacent rooms.

the hotel had a cafe next to reception. it was handy for tapas, drinks and coffee. the room was close to the train station. also it was clean and good equipped.
the room had no coffee or kettle facilities. the room was tiny, it lacked any soundproofing. i heard noises from the rooms next door. value for money was very poor.
