superb location and friendly staff!

The location is fantastic. It's a short walk to montecasino. i safe area on the hotel. the staff members were always friendly and helpful. the easy access to the casino and outdoor food court was a definite plus for me.
the coffee from the coffee machine was quite basic. i think a few more coffee beans would significantly improve the flavor and overall experience.

The reception area has a modern design. I liked that. The room I had was also modern. The location is very convenient as Montecasino is just steps away.
I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It wasn't easy.

the hotel is within walking distance of montecasino's restaurants. the shower and bed were really comfortable. i appreciated the outdoor patio stairs by the reception area for chats and morning coffee (it was so peaceful).
i had to carry my bags up the stairs myself, which wasn't ideal.
