the staff responded quickly when i requested help with the wine chiller. the room was clean. the on-site restaurant was great. i found the food and cocktails delicious.
The cancellation policy was very rigid. I could not.

the resort had everything for a wonderful family holiday the villas are modern the resort is just a wonderful family vacation stay. staff were very helpful the resort offered a range of activities for families. food was good kids enjoyed the amenities.
the shower drainage was poor the bathroom gets water splatters water falls on the floor tiles and build up it's slippery and can cause an accident

the staff were friendly and helpful they greeted us warmly at the restaurant and promptly took our orders the staff were attentive to our requests and needs ensuring a pleasant experience

The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, service was slow! the menu was not great. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing! it's a shame the quality of food did not match everything else. I had to wait a long time, frustrating, and the options were limited, such a bummer.
