small room weak coffee
The room size felt cramped, especially for a multi-night stay. a lack of proper soundproofing became apparent. Noise from outside was disruptive at times. i also had issues with the breakfast coffee, it tasted weak and somewhat stale..

charming stay near nelson mandela square!
great location varied options helpful staff quick workout
I was charmed by the location. It is a short walk to nelson mandela square. the breakfast offered a variety of options, i found something new each morning! the staff was very helpful and always available. I found the service commendable. i used the gym. It had sufficient equipment for a quick workout.
The room was a bit compact. It could have benefited from a small refrigerator, though this did not significantly impact my stay.

the staff were genuinely helpful, assisting with directions and transport. the hotel provided a convenient currency exchange service. i found the proximity to the shopping center useful.
i noted the absence of a refrigerator in the room , which limited my ability to store beverages and snacks.

broken phone towel shortage
The location is convenient. It is close to many attractions.
the room i got was disappointing. the phone did not work, so i had trouble contacting services. there also were not enough towels provided, a considerable oversight.

the location was pretty good i guess it was close to a mall and some shops
the room lacked soundproofing and temperature regulation at times it seemed like the reception staff acted like i was bothering them i really don't understand that
