Conference Convenience and Lovely Views!

The location was perfect for attending the conference at the CTICC! It was just across the street. I had no trouble accessing tourist areas like the Waterfront. The sustainability efforts with limiting water bottles were also noticed and much appreciated.

the breakfast buffet included fresh choices daily.. the staff answered every question with a smile. the location was very close to the shopping mall at Mandela Square, so i could walk there in minutes.
the room was a bit small and lacked a true closet for clothes.

The hotel staff offered fast service! the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of options. i really loved the free coffee machines on every floor. That was a fantastic perk. also, i noticed that housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning the room each day and changed towels.
the standard room i booked felt a little small compared to the photos.

The security at the entrance was great. I secure hotel. The reception staff explained everything clearly and professionally. I found the unlimited coffee in the hallways very convenient. I really appreciated the secure access to the different floors. It added an extra layer of safety.
The air conditioning in my room was a little noisy.
