A mixed experience

I found the staff to be friendly. Miriam assisted us with our requests. The hotel offers free hot drinks and cakes between 2PM and 6PM. The room had sufficient space and was clean.

The room had a layout I did not like. The corridors seemed long. As a result, the room felt cramped. The shower emitted a bad smell.

The hotel staff upgraded us to a larger room! It featured a super king bed. The staff members were very friendly, and they were helpful with directions. The room offered big fluffy towels and also chocolates each night.

I noticed streets around the place smelled of urine. The odor was noticeable.
