The location was very convenient! It was a short walk to the metro station. My room was clean. The staff were friendly and always available.
The phone in my room did not work. The room was small, though I understand that is common.

The location is excellent. It provides a really good connection to the metro. The staff is helpful, and always positive! I especially commend Katarina for communication skills. Our room was clean. The internet connection was strong.
I noticed some slight dirtiness on the towels. I left them on the floor. They were cleaned right away. I had brought my own towels anyway.

The staff consistently presented a friendly attitude. Ingrid, at reception, was helpful. I am very impressed with the level of service provided at all times by all personnel.
