I appreciated the hotel's location close to many shops. the staff held my luggage during the day. This allowed me to explore freely. the room had a comfortable bed and a great shower.

The room had a balcony. I appreciated it. the location was very convenient for accessing attractions. i walked easily to gare du nord. the staff was helpful.
the room had small hangers, this made it difficult to hang coats. they were placed too low to the ground.

The staff was polite and efficient at check-in.
The room was small. I literally needed to squeeze between the bed and the wall to reach the closet. the air conditioner did not work for heating. It became very cold when it rained.
