amazing location!
helpful staff
the hotel has a prime location directly on the plaza. i was offered a special rate for using the nearby underground car park, very helpful. the staff was friendly and accommodating, so i felt grateful.
There were no glasses or cups available in the room. the air conditioner was located poorly, blowing directly onto the bed. it was noisy at night. It was too hot to keep the windows closed and run the air conditioner.

charming stay in a prime location
great locationattentive servicemissing refrigerator
the hotel's location proved excellent. it was directly across from the basilica (i loved waking up to that view). the front desk operated 24 hours a day, providing attentive service.
my room lacked a refrigerator. this omission made it inconvenient to store drinks, especially with the warm weather (i really needed some cold water).

the front desk offered prompt assistance at all hours. the staff displayed a high level of courtesy and efficiency. check-in and check-out processes were streamlined and quick.
