Solid Choice for a City Stay

The shower pressure was strong , a plus after a long day. The beds, although firm, did not prevent a good night's sleep. I found it helpful the car park was directly beneath the hotel. Returning the next week confirms how convenient it was.
The parking spaces were quite tight , making maneuvering a bit of a challenge.

The room was provided with storage for clothes , which helped keep things organized. There was a lovely private balcony with a table and chairs, an extra benefit. Soft fluffy towels were available in abundance.

The staff were helpful and professional , they provided assistance when needed. There was also a tourist bus that stops within a short walk of the hotel. A variety of bars and restaurants are located nearby.

the location was great, just a short walk away from the main SIGHTS.
the staff seemed unhappy from the front desk to the restaurant staff. When checking in i didn't get a 'hola' or even a smile. she conducted the entire checking-in process without making eye CONTACT. it was a disappointment.

A Charmed Stay!!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is REALLY central. My room had a private balcony complete with a table and chairs. The parking was convenient and reasonably priced. I had no issues finding a spot.
I noticed that the breakfast buffet lacked some variety, especially regarding healthy options.

Staff members were helpful and friendly at all times. Reception provided prompt assistance and useful information. Sergio at reception was especially helpful.

The car park was directly below the hotel and easy to access.
The room TV was too small. It needs updating. I was further disappointed that there were no English channels available. the bed mattress felt hard and definitely detracted from a good night's sleep.

The reception staff were very helpful. They offered good restaurant recommendations. i liked the spacious reception and lobby areas too.
My room tv was too small. It also had no english channels. the bed mattress felt quite hard and uncomfortable to me. i thought the pillows were of poor quality as well.
