The location is great, situated right in town. The reception staff were helpful . My room had a big balcony with mountain views.
The previous guest's beard hair clippings were not cleaned in my bathroom when I arrived. I asked twice for this to be cleaned over my stay. It never got completely done. Parts of the bathroom were also filthy.

the air conditioning did not work even after several phone calls to the reception. it was obvious that they kept turning it down to save money. the breakfast was cramped in a small corner and had a lot of sweet food for dessert! but there were not enough hot food options.

the location was pretty good and i could walk to places.
my bathroom sink still had beard hair clippings from the guest before me when i arrived. i asked twice to have it cleaned , but it never really got completely done. the hotel didnt give me any discount and just apologized, thats annoying.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the edge of the main promenade. the reception staff showed warmth and efficiency. i was actually surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival.. i enjoyed a balcony complete with a sun lounger. breakfast presented a good variety. I found different dishes looked each day.
the first two rooms presented had balconies but faced a carpark. these rooms smelled of smoke. they also seemed bland.

the breakfast buffet features good variety and changes daily. the restaurant staff provides excellent service, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i especially appreciated the fresh options and attentive service during my meals.

i really liked the cafe downstairs. the staff members are really friendly, i asked for a quiet room. i got a room facing the mountains, opposite the sea. it was quiet, and i appreciate that.
i noticed beard hair clippings from the previous guest were still on my bathroom sink when i got there. i asked twice for it to be cleaned . it never fully got cleaned.
