the staff helped with luggage handling, a welcome surprise. my room was well kept with everything i needed. the breakfast options were plentiful (i especially liked the fresh fruit).
the minibar pricing felt a little high.

The staff was indeed helpful. (They promptly addressed my requests).
My stay suffered from excessive noise. A nearby bar played music until late into the night. This made sleep difficult. It felt AS if the music came from inside the room.

They quickly addressed any questions. the room had a spacious layout. it included a separate seating area. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh pastries available daily. the building itself felt historic. I noticed original architectural details were well-preserved.
