The location was convenient. It took only 15 minutes to get to the airport. The front desk offered a driver for a reasonable fee, and the driver was punctual. The adjacent mall offered diverse food options.

the front desk staff was helpful. i found it convenient that they stored my luggage since i arrived early. the shopping center around the hotel had a variety of eateries, clothing shops, and a modern home goods store (it was fun to explore).
i found the sound insulation to be not so good. i could hear noises from the hallway and adjacent rooms. this impacted my sleep quality.

the room was spacious and included air conditioning. the bathroom was also large, providing ample space to move around, and it was clean and well kept, which i appreciated.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. they efficiently handled my check-in process and were responsive to my queries. The transfers to and from the airport were quick and reasonably priced.
