faulty air conditioningunderwhelming breakfast
the air conditioning was not working properly . despite reporting it multiple times, there was no resolution. the breakfast was also underwhelming. the juice tasted artificial, like water mixed with powder. i expect better quality, especially considering the hotel rating

Fantastic Beachfront Stay

My second visit confirmed its consistent quality. The hotel's location is really good. It is right on the seafront. The outdoor pool looked inviting. Breakfast offered varied options suitable for different diets (i liked fresh orange juice).
Unfortunately, one morning, I heard some noise in the corridor early.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable with excellent mattress. The bathroom was also very clean. I liked having both a bath and a shower.

The receptionists were helpful and friendly (irene was kind upon our arrival). One of the employees gave me a great recommendation to visit Cadiz, including directions. The staff was always willing to help with any questions that arose.

The hotel location provides direct access to the beach. A supermarket is only a short walk from the hotel. The bar area is inviting with large glass windows. I really enjoyed the swimming pool.

The hotel's location is perfect, right beside the beach. The hotel is close to restaurants and bars. Valdelagrana Train Station is approximately 15 minutes by foot. I suggest taking the time to walk the trails in Los Toruños Natural Park (it's a beautiful place!).

the staff was friendly. the breakfast offered a wide choice. i also noted pepi kept our room very clean. the pool area was nice. i also enjoyed the short walk to the beach?
it was really noisy. i could hear a lot of noise in the corridor. the cleaner also made a lot of noise since 7.30 in the morning. the check in was very slow. people arriving after me were served first. there was no kettle provided.

The bedroom was big. It featured a useful balcony. The bed was comfortable with good bedding. The bathroom was really clean. I enjoyed both a shower and a bath. The gym is available for free.
Check in was a little slow. Staff did not serve guests in order. Some people were attended to before me despite arriving later.

The breakfast selection was varied and extensive. I noted many choices were available. The receptionist, Maria, was particularly lovely during check-in. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room was always clean.
The air conditioning did not function for two nights of my stay. I contacted the reception, but received no follow-up or resolution. There seemed to be a lack of urgency in addressing this issue. The minibar contained only two small bottles of water, disappointing.
