adequate stay but some disappointments
ineffective air conditioningmissed room cleaning
The hotel felt somewhat dated. The air conditioning was not effective. our room got missed for cleaning three times. We had to ask reception for fresh towels. the food quality at lunch and dinner was just acceptable. I often found the dishes tasted odd.

Excellent Hotel Stay

The room was super clean and bright. Housekeeping provided excellent service daily. I appreciated that the staff removed towels from guests reserving sun beds before 10 am. The pool was great.
Prices at the bar area increased since last year.

good breakfastmusty smelloutdated furniture
the buffet had good choice for breakfast. it was ok for me.
i was disappointed with the outdated room. the furniture was worn, it had a musty smell, and the bathroom fixtures looked old. also, the air conditioning barely worked, which i founded very unpleasant, especially during the warmer nights.

amazing time AT THE Hotel

i LOVED THE Location. It was a quick walk to Fanabe beach and a short stroll to shops. The facilities were great. i SAW lots of sunbeds, a heated pool and activities every day.

The food at the buffet restaurant tasted good. Salmon baked in salt was a highlight. I appreciated the new USB and USC plugs at each side of the bed. The air conditioning worked well. I could control it from a touch screen.
The main pool got noisy and was full of children. Room 175 did not offer a relaxing environment. I heard flushing from the toilet system and games from the ground floor. The walls seemed thin. The pool areas did not get washed down often enough. The small tables were not cleaned.
