Really good Stay, Great Location and Service

The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation and local shops. I found a washing machine very useful. The room size is fantastic, providing ample space (it felt luxurious!). The hotel also offered easy check-in.
The blinders in the room were broken. This allowed light in the morning.

Staff in the restaurant downstairs were very kind, providing excellent breakfast service. complimentary coffee (a very nice touch!). The reception staff was helpful and efficient throughout my stay.

The hotel's location provides great access to trams and the metro. The close proximity to shops and cafés allowed for convenient dining and quick errands. I enjoyed being near key transport links.

Really good stay!

I really liked that it was close to the trams and many shops. Breakfast downstairs tasted delicious and included complimentary coffee. The place was big and came with a kitchen, a major plus. Everything I needed was available.
The street outside can be loud because of student parties, made sleeping difficult. The blinds were also broken in my room. I wish it was quieter at night.

My Double or Twin Studio 1 had a washing machine. It was very useful. The location had many places to eat. The room size was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful

The Double or Twin Studio 1 had a very comfortable bed. I found chocolates and water upon arrival in the room. The location is central and near the tram and metro stops.

The room faced a busy street, so it was too noisy because of the trams. There were constant noises at night. The air conditioning was a portable unit. It was really loud. I did not like the breakfast because it wasn't a buffet. That didn't give me freedom to choose what I wanted.

The location was very central and within walking distance of many attractions. It was easy to get around (especially with the tram stop nearby).
The air conditioning in the room was not effective, despite my request. The room stayed too warm for a comfortable sleep. I asked for an iron, but it was not available throughout my entire stay (this was frustrating).
