totally awesome stay!
personal touch hotel security
the staff was so attentive. they walked me to my taxi at 7 am to make sure i was ok! i really appreciated that personal touch and felt totally safe. plus, the hotel's security is great. you need a code or the receptionist to open the door, fantastic.
our room was on the ground floor. it only had a window on the patio. it wasn't great for privacy and felt dark most of the time.

the breakfast was brought right to the room. it was delivered at whatever time i wanted it. it was so much better than a crowded breakfast space. wow, i could even specify what i wanted.

the rooftop pool was awesome! after a hot day, it provided a welcome break. there was also a kitchenette complete with a fridge, microwave and dishes! made it easy to have some snacks in my room.

superb service rooftop pool
The staff offered superb service. They remembered my coffee order each morning. the rooftop pool area was great, especially in the afternoon SUN.
the elevator was SLOW at peak times.

helpful staff coffee machine pleasant terrace
the staff was helpful and gave excellent service. the room included a coffee machine with capsules for morning coffee. i found the roof terrace with the pool to be a lovely feature.
the room had a light that could not be turned off , which slightly disturbed my sleep.

Really good Service and Prime Location!
friendly staff excellent recommendation rooftop pool easy storage
I really appreciated the friendly staff. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. The location was amazing, very close to the main attractions and shopping. The rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape during the hot afternoons. I was also able to store my luggage with ease before and after checking out.
The street noise was a little noticeable at times, but it didn't significantly impact my overall stay.

The breakfast tray was SUPERB!!! It was delivered to the room, which I found much better than going to a crowded breakfast space. They asked about my preferences for breakfast and the time I wanted it.

The room was very clean and well-equipped, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning worked efficiently, especially during the hot weather, great for a pleasant rest. I found the bed very comfortable, supporting restful sleep.

The location was perfect, allowing easy walking access to major attractions, restaurants and bars. It was also quite convenient for airport access, since the airport bus stop was nearby. EVERYTHING was easily accessible from the hotel.
