i found the cleanliness lacking there was hair in the bathroom and dust in the corners i've stayed in hostels cleaner than this the air conditioning aimed directly at the beds so i found that uncomfortable

The location was great. It was easy to use local buses. i especially appreciated the coffee nearby at townsfolk. the staff were lovely too. i found the multi outlet charger by the bed to be very useful (a small detail, but important).
the hotel did not provide amenities for ladies, like toning water, face milk etc, which are common in other hotels.

i found the location convenient, situated between the train station and key tourist spots. the room size was adequate and included all necessary amenities. i especially liked the tea and bath mix provided, it was a nice touch. the coin laundry facilities were modern and efficient, completing both washing and drying in one cycle.
the online pictures of the room looked slightly better than the actual room. i probably wouldn't pay extra for the 'concept' room again. it seemed a bit cluttered and worn.

the hotel's location is very convenient it is close to the castle grounds and kenrokuen garden. it made it easy to explore these areas on foot. i found this location ideal for sightseeing without needing extensive travel.

the staff demonstrated a friendly and helpful attitude . they assisted with bookings quickly and efficiently. fresh towels were provided every day. this attention to detail was much appreciated.

The staff was very helpful. the location is also great. The seafood market is really close... it made finding food very easy. the room included great tv facilities and a good bathroom.
the breakfast at the adjacent italian restaurant was not great. there was no orange juice, charcuterie, or cheese. the rooms were not cleaned and a bag with fresh towels was just left.
