I discovered a charming, traditional hotel not far from the airport. Dinner service was available. The hotel is filled with history and character, having been carefully restored. The staff were friendly. The room had space and cleanliness. The banana plantation view, extended to the sea.

Breakfast included plentiful options. There was a huge choice of meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries, breads. many drinks on offer. The breakfast presentation was excellent.

The staff were amazing. They are very friendly plus very helpful. Leo went out of his way to help me! The waiters were always topping up dishes, or were attending tables.

The building is lovely. It had a very Spanish hacienda style. A jacuzzi room is grand, and sitting room, beautiful patios, or a lovely dining terrace are great places to relax.
