I found the room spacious and clean. the air-conditioning worked very well, ensuring undisturbed sleep. the bar and service staff were nice and friendly. i really loved the welcome back package, it included meat, cheeses, and a bottle of wine. A lovely touch!
The hotel lacked some personal luxury. For instance, there was no prosecco in the room or soft drinks in the mini fridge, only minimal coffee and tea condiments.

The adult-only section created a relaxing atmosphere. I spent much of my time by the pool. Alexander and Rasel provided excellent bar service there. The breakfast was great (especially the omelets!). The suite was spacious and modern. USB sockets meant I didn't need an adapter.
The food was a bit disappointing. The quality of meat at dinner was not the best. It was often tough and fatty, difficult to fully enjoy the meals (this occurred even for items like steak, pork, or chicken).

The hotel had multiple pool areas, each so beautiful. i loved that the room included a spacious balcony, perfect for quiet mornings. the staff were really nice too ensure i had everything i needed, such lovely people. the all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. It made everything so easy and relaxing.

the entertainment was too loud at night. i found it difficult to relax because of the noise. the evening events outside made it hard to escape the sound. even after i moved to a different room, the noise reduction was minimal.
