the location was very accessible via public transport. the metro was nearby (it was very convenient). the staff was friendly. i was able to get free water, tea, and coffee after 2 p.m.
the decor seemed a bit dated.

the location is good near the metro and some restaurants. the room stayed clean and it had what i need. i liked that the hotel offer water refilling its very convenient.
the receptionist was unfriendly and rude at some moment. the shower in my room don't worked good. pillows wasn't confortable for sleep, was the worst pillows ever.

The hotel is located right next to the nollendorfplatz ubahn station. I found this very convenient. The hotel offers parking in a garage a short walk away (about two minutes). The area felt safe. I was grateful for the supermarket (edeka) nearby.
The pillows were flat. I found them a bit uncomfortable.

the location allowed quick access to ubahn lines. i appreciated being just 100 meters from three lines. complimentary coffee and cake were available. breakfast seemed reasonably priced..
the pillow provided inadequate support. it affected sleep quality. i found it hard to get comfortable during the night.
