the room was comfortable, a perfect sanctuary after exploring. the free sauna was such a relaxing perk, a warm embrace after chilly days!!!
the fire alarm went off at 5 a.m. one night, quite startling. there was no announcement system, so we felt a bit lost and confused.

Check-in was SUPER easy and quick! Private parking was available for 18 EUR per day. I really appreciated the modern and clean room. It was spacious. The hotel's proximity to public transport was also a big plus.
The curtains in my room didn't fully block out light. It got bright early. I wish they were a bit thicker to ensure a darker room for sleeping.

check-in was easy, and the staff are friendly. my superior double room had laminated floor, which i appreciated. the bathroom was clean, and included several towels. free water.
the immediate area lacked bars or cafes within easy walking distance. i find this a little inconvenient.

the location offered easy access to public transport. i liked the convenience of using trams or metros to reach the city center. the breakfast was good (i found the variety quite satisfying).
the curtains in my room did not block enough light. this made it difficult to sleep in the mornings. i had to ask several times for my room to be cleaned daily. the tv had only german cable channels and no internet options.
