The location was suitable with convenient access to transport services.
My room lacked proper cleaning. This was a major oversight. The hallway had an unpleasant smell. It was quite off-putting. Staff interactions felt transactional and impersonal, and it made me uncomfortable.

The bed was uncomfortably hard. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (I tried to reduce the leak myself).

Superb Hotel Stay!

The hotel is near the zoo. It is only a 7-minute walk. The metro station is also close. It only takes 5 minutes to walk there. This made getting around town really easy! I stayed in a really big room, it was great.

I found some issues . The housekeeping service only came every three days, something I did not expect in a hotel. my room lacked a refrigerator, it would have been really useful for storing drinks and snacks. These things, while not major, did take away from the overall experience a little.
