the location offered easy access to transportation. the room contained usual amenities! though refilling of the minibar did not occur daily.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They always greeted me with a smile. free water awaited in my room, such a thoughtful detail. the hotel kept my luggage safe as i explored. english was spoken well by everyone, such relief for me.
i noticed the elevators did get a bit busy at times. it was a very small issue, but important for me to be honest.

The reception staff created a very positive impression. The room was equipped well, it featured smart design, offering good functionality in limited space. Breakfast included various options, and i found it fantastic. The hotel has a convenient location and includes a good fitness area.

The breakfast buffet included a variety of options, for example, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I found every product fresh. A vending machine pressed fresh fruit and vegetables into juice. They offered every kind of breakfast.

The room contained space-saving bunk beds instead of a pull-out couch. It included a fridge and the beds were really comfortable. There was even an iron with an ironing board available (i find this essential on my travels).

The hotel practices sustainability. I was asked at check-in whether our room should be cleaned every day. The staff members were friendly and helpful. I found them very attentive to all my needs.

The air conditioning did not work at night. supposedly this was to protect the environment. I had to book cleaning. it was not automatic, also due to environmental concerns. even with the reserved cleaning, it was not very clean.

The room I got, the 'superior balcony,' faced an inner courtyard and was rather dark (seriously, bring a flashlight). one morning I woke up to find the housekeeping staff had .. not bothered to replace my towels. I had to call down to reception,' but still.

The room lacked sufficient storage. There wasn't much space to put away luggage or clothing. the worn armchairs didn't make the best first impression. it seemed a bit stingy.

the breakfast selection was acceptable, with options to start the day.
The room was smaller than anticipated. Space was limited. housekeeping was inconsistent. I found some hair in the bathroom upon arrival. also, there was no possibility to pay with cash at the hotel, even for small items like a toothbrush.
