super staff and excellent location!

this location is really awesome i could easily walk to akasaka station in like two minutes it was about a ten minute walk to akasaka-mitsuke station too. the hotel staff were so friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. i slept so well in my comfy bed the room was super super clean and clean. i would totally stay there again if i get the chance
i noticed that the room was on the smaller side it would have been nice if it was a little bigger it was manageable though

the hotel provided free comfort items and amenities it. there's a 7-eleven right next door so i could grab snacks and drinks anytime i needed them. laundry service is available on the premises adding to the convenience for longer stays.

my room included a fridge which was super useful for storing drinks and snacks i bought. the bathroom had a combined tub and shower plus the toilet was easy to use and western-friendly. i had a standard twin room it was non-smoking so the air felt fresh.

the staff were really helpful and cute. they provided complimentary drinks during happy hour that was a nice bonus. the team even bows to honor guests as they depart the hotel which is such a nice gesture.

during my stay, the staff showed true care. they held my luggage when i arrived early. they also helped me figure out the air porter service for my early flight to narita. i settled into my familiar room easily since cleanliness was consistent.
the air conditioning seemed inconsistent. it would run for one hour then shut off. this made the first night uncomfortable.

The front desk was responsive and helpful (I appreciated this a lot). I had questions about my DisneySea visit and Natasha provided great advice. Taha was cheerful and efficient. He brought good energy. Na Hansol helped clarify details about the Air Porter service to Narita. She even checked with them directly for my early flight.
The room was a little small, making it difficult to place our luggage in a good spot.

the hotel is near a 7-eleven, very useful. i found multiple subway lines within walking distance. the staff was always friendly and ready to assist. the free comfort items were a plus.
i noticed the housekeeping was not consistent, and the room was not cleaned daily. this happened , a bit inconvenient. the lack of daily cleaning was a downside.

I appreciated the hotel's location near the subway lines. Several convenience stores are also nearby. The staff assisted me with luggage forwarding forms. They helped me when I had to change my destination because of snow after leaving.
The room was a bit small. It was difficult to place the suitcases properly. I could not find any wardrobes to unpack my bags.
