a few issues detracted from the stay
blocked drainsmall wardrobe
the shower was not clean i noticed a blocked drain. the wardrobe was small it didn't have many hooks. the elevator also broke down a few times i had to walk up several floors.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop offered amazing views. I enjoyed the eiffel tower view from there. breakfast arrived directly to my room, it was very convenient. the blackout curtains in my room allowed me to sleep soundly.

i appreciate the boutique hotel located in the 7th Arrondissement it is one block from the Metro station I found dozens of cafes and bakeries nearby it is a mix of residential and commercial uses. The staff is attentive and caring. I liked that the room included a fully equipped kitchenette the fridge was very useful.
the hotel did NOT have an emergency number available during after hours the reception desk shut down at 12am, with no one at the door to respond to any issues.

the kitchenette has a microwave, small refrigerator, and two-burner stovetop the rooftop terrace provides Eiffel Tower views the hotel offers quick access to the Metro. The front desk provides maps and tourist information.

the hotel is very close to École Militaire metro station it is a six-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower the surrounding area includes a mix of residential buildings and commercial businesses. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short walk.

The location proved convenient, close to the École Militaire metro station.

The location worked out great. It was close to all attractions and restaurants. Ecloe Militaire Metro is only a few minutes away. Bus No 80 stops almost outside the hotel.
The room was quite small. It barely fit our luggage with us inside. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable.

the hotel is secured with a code at night (i appreciated that level of security). the rooftop had a beautiful view of the tower. it was lovely (even in the rain!).
the room was a bit dull and the colours were on the darker side. the shower head needed fixing. i think the shower door needed fixing too.

the spiral stairs accessing the rooftop were steep. this made carrying items up a bit challenging. the steps required careful navigation i believe.
