I found the staff VERY friendly. The location is useful since it is close to the bus and train stations. There are also convenient shops nearby.
The room I had felt dated. Stains marked the carpet, and the sink drained SLOWLY. I also noticed other people's hair in the drain.

the reception staff were very friendly i would rate them highly for their good work and professionality the hotel was clean and breakfast was very good also the location is very good if you travel by bus i thought the value was really good. there was pretty good selection of things for breakfast and the staff made my stay enjoyable
the hotel might need some updating i saw some ware and tear throughout the room it had cracks on light fittings and tiles i noticed a strong smell coming from the drains.

the reception staff are available 24 hours ensuring assistance is always accessible there is also a shuttle taxi to the airport which they organised this made traveling very easy for me.

the room included fresh interior that was unexpected and cute additionally the rooms are cleaned well and maintained ensuring a comfortable stay and there is a selection of rooms.

the staff was really friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The worst part was that the room smelled of previous guests. It wasn't really clean. the breakfast wasn't good either. the milk tasted expired, pretty disappointing.
