Secluded Location with Great Transport

I loved that this hotel offers a secluded location. Transport up the Shala River was very effective. The owner's family helped me with everything. I especially appreciated their unbelievable friendliness.
Soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear people in the rooms above.

Food was lovely and they served big portions at a decent price. I noticed that the menu for lunch and dinner is the same. Breakfast was really nice, with options that suited different preferences.

The staff worked hard and were very helpful . They provided a lot of information prior to arrival, both via email and WhatsApp. The owners organized boat transport from the ferry terminal and also offered rides to Shala River.

Rooms were cozy, each with a comfortable bed for restful sleep. I stayed in a room up top, and it offered views of the lake. The rooms are basic, but provide exactly what is needed for this sort of retreat.

I loved the location. The mountain views were fine (even better than the pictures!). the staff were kind. I really enjoyed getting to know them. i found the boat trips to shala river super convenient and they ran regularly throughout the day. breakfast was included and the lunch, dinner, and drink options were excellent.
the accommodation was quite basic, but honestly, the overall experience more than made up for it.

the hotel has a secluded location on the lake with beautiful mountain views. i was impressed by the tranquility, with no noise and nothing in the immediate surroundings, perfect for nature lovers.

the staff was super friendly and helpful with travel arrangements before and after my stay. they provided excellent communication from the beginning, supplying all the important information needed to prepare. i felt they cared about the guests.

charming lakeside stay!

the free boat to lumi shales was a plus. they also picked us up and dropped us back for 25 euro each, this was convenient. the room included great aircon and a simple design! the floating pier with sun beds was nice.
the boat cost of 25 euros per person was not included in the room price though. i expected it to be included. the experience was a bit let down by that detail.

I appreciated the free boat trip to Shala River. The views were amazing and it was convenient to have this included. Breakfast was tasty and filling. I really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the fine views during breakfast.
The boat ride cost an extra 25 euros per person. I had to pay this to get to the location and it was not included in the room price. I found the rooms to be a little dirty. There were some bugs and dirt in the bathrooms.
