The room felt dirty. There were not enough sunbeds for everyone. People were sunbathing on the chairs used for dinner. The manager blamed their error on myself and my partner, I'm so frustrated by that attitude.

Amazing Stay with Amazing Views

I loved the view from my Grand Beautiful Room Balcony it was amazing! The sunrise was amazing. The restaurant served nice meals with prices that did not break the bank. The hotel also provided a good size pool area with plentiful beds perfect for lounging.
The rooms proved somewhat noisy. Sounds from hallways and other guests returning late disrupted sleep on occasion. I definitely recommend some better noise control measures to keep things peaceful.

Staff members are helpful and friendly offering assistance whenever needed, this is amazing! The reception team, including Belinda, Sea, and Aei, could not do enough for us, so kind and attentive.

the room reeked of mold it was hardly subtle. pool towels were ripped and they stank. lounge chairs were insufficient a common complaint i overheard. the pool needed cleaning in several spots. the room itself seemed worn with many stains on the floor overlooked during cleaning

the staff were consistently friendly. they really helped. the hotel's location directly on the beach was very nice (i loved waking up to that view!). the pools were fantastic, and i appreciated having several to choose from. (it reminded me of a mini-adventure!)
