really good service available staff clean room
the staff provided really good service. june, zar and yan at reception were always available to assist. the rooms were very clean. cleaning staff maintained the rooms perfectly.
i found no air conditioning in the public areas.

i spent four nights at this place. the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. the beds offered comfortable sleeping. pools were beautiful. staff were professional and friendly.
the hotel entrance requires a small walk uphill. it wasn't a big deal though.

uncomfortable bed poor cleaning
i am so mad about the extra bed. it was super uncomfortable, and i hardly slept. the air conditioning in the common areas did not work well, so it reminded me of a sauna in the lobby and hallways. i also found a used tissue in the bed sheets . i think they need better cleaning procedures here.

the rooftop pool provided a great view. the breakfast had many choices. the staff was friendly, they were very cute.
the hotel is a bit far from the beach. there is a hill, i had to walk to get to the hotel. i found some mosquitos.
