the staff provided really good service. june, zar and yan at reception were always available to assist. the rooms were very clean. cleaning staff maintained the rooms perfectly.
i found no air conditioning in the public areas.

i spent four nights at this place. the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. the beds offered comfortable sleeping. pools were beautiful. staff were professional and friendly.
the hotel entrance requires a small walk uphill. it wasn't a big deal though.

uncomfortable bedpoor cleaning
i am so mad about the extra bed. it was super uncomfortable, and i hardly slept. the air conditioning in the common areas did not work well, so it was like a sauna in the lobby and hallways. i also found a used tissue in the bed sheets . i think they need better cleaning procedures here.

the rooftop pool provided a great view. the breakfast had many choices. the staff was friendly, they were very cute.
the hotel is a bit far from the beach. there is a hill, i had to walk to get to the hotel. i found some mosquitos.
