I was a bit disappointed. My room had a musty odor, not so pleasant. The bathroom fixtures seemed outdated. soundproofing was poor, I heard street noise all night.

The hotel breakfast included a great variety. Fresh items were available every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful (I really liked their attitude). The location was close to the main square.
The air conditioning did not work properly. The curtains were broken and could not be pulled down completely. This impacted privacy as people across the street could see inside.

The breakfast buffet had very good quality food. The breakfast supervisor was both efficient and friendly. I found the staff cute. They were also attentive.
The lighting in the room was not sufficient. The area right around the hotel did not look very inviting. I also noticed that the courtyard seemed not well maintained.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast was delicious and generous, it even catered for gluten free options. the bed was huge and comfortable.
noise from the street kept us awake most of the night. the lighting in the rooms is very dim. i noticed our sofa in one of the rooms was marked and looked dirty.
