i found a pleasant surprise with a double size bed though i booked a single room. free fruit and water stood available in the entrance. the staff seemed nice, and the location was quite good. the hotel provided a very clean environment, so that was great.

The location is great!!! it's near the train station and the city center. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They gave great advice about restaurants. the hotel offers complimentary tea and coffee downstairs. it also provides a kettle in the room!!!
The mini bar only had a bottle of water. the hairdryer looked very old!!! it seemed like it was from the 1950s. this hotel does not have an onsite restaurant for dinner. I thought that was a minimum for a four-star hotel.

The sink in my bathroom had a clog. The pedal on the trash bin also was broke. I consider this unacceptable.
