The staff was always polite. The local bus to downtown stops nearby. I found a food street behind the building. A mall was also conveniently located close by.
I noticed stains on the sheets. The pillows were lumpy, I think they need to be replaced. I found the beds uncomfortable. The room felt outdated and in need of a refresh.

clean and convenient stay

i found the location quite convenient, near casa musica metro station. it made getting from the airport and to the main tourist areas simple. there were coffee shops and restaurants nearby. the mercado was close too. the front desk staff were also very friendly (i appreciated this a lot).
the wifi was a bit spotty in the room, but it wasn't a major issue.

the staff were cute and polite. they helped with bags and were accommodating with early check-in and out. i received assistance before and after my stay, which i found really helpful.

the location is a short walk from casa musica metro. the hotel is close to shops, a supermarket, and the bom sucesso food mall. bus stops near the hotel take you to the center, but i walked.

there is a nice café right by the entrance. the breakfast offered fresh fruits already sliced up and yogurts. ham and cheese sandwiches were available too (you could toast them).

the room was a decent size and clean. my room included a bath, nice. everything i needed was present (towels, soap bars, tv). the bed was comfortable and clean.
