warm greetingexcellent servicecomfy bedsappreciable cleanliness
the receptionist greeted me warmly upon arrival i found the room accommodating the bar provided excellent service i especially enjoyed the varied breakfast each morning. The staff proved helpful i found the room as pictured the beds were comfy. The hotel's cleanliness stood out it is near the city centre. The cleanliness was really appreciable the staff were helpful .

the hotel benefits from free parking which is a definite plus with vehicles it is a great convenience. The hotel is located close to the city centre providing easy access to local attractions and amenities.

i booked a superior room it had a river view the room size was adequate for a short stay. The availability of the room early was beneficial it allowed for immediate rest after arriving around noon.

breakfast included the option to make freshly squeezed orange juice this was quite a treat to start the day. There was an amazing variety of choices available ensuring there was something for everyone.

the staff were helpful they really contributed to a great stay. I received a warm welcome from the receptionist , made my arrival pleasant and hassle-free.

The staff were very friendly and helpful .
The room I was assigned was quite small, and it felt cramped. The shower definitely needed some updates. It looked worn. The window was also small and did not let in much natural light.

the breakfast was good it had a great variety of fruit cereals and seeds
the room faced a noisy road the double glazing struggled with the noise it made sleeping difficult the aircon did not help much with the noise i had trouble sleeping well
