fine viewsfriendly staffdirty cups
the views of the lake and town from my room were fine. the breakfast area had a beautiful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. i particularly appreciated the excellent menu and efficient service in the restaurant.
The cups in my room were unfortunately not clean. They had residue stuck on the surface. the room itself was also quite small, a bit difficult to manage luggage.

the restaurant boasts a michelin level experience, and the food is delicious with captivating views. the breakfast selection offers a very good range, which even exceeded my expectations, and you will find friendly service.

This hotel offered a great experience overall. The breakfast selection was excellent with many choices. The view over the lake from the dining room was also fabulous. I found the free shuttle to and from the train station very convenient.
The room heating system wasn't user-friendly. I found it uncomfortably WARM at times.
