a satisfactory experience
friendly staff decent breakfast convenient location dated entrance uncomfortable pillows difficult luggage
the staff was friendly, that was a plus. breakfast was pretty good with scrambled eggs. the hotel was close to the station and many shops. this made it very convenient.
the hotel entrance looked dated. the lift did not start at ground floor and hauling suitcases up the stairs to reception was difficult. pillows was uncomfortable to me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location was great. I found it easy to access the city center. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! it had a lot of options.
the stairs to reception were a bit difficult with my luggage. the pillows were terribly thin and affected my sleep quality.

amazing STAY at the hotel
helpful receptionist renovated room comfortable bed complimentary water
the receptionist Anna WAS so helpful. she gave suggestions for local spots and directions. the newly renovated room on the 4th floor was clean. the bed offered comfort. i discovered complimentary water IN the fridge.
the walls ARE thin, so i could occasionally hear neighbors.

This location IS ideal. It's very close to the main train station. proximity to the station allows convenient access. the hotel is very silent DESPITE being located in the center.

great location nice staff sufficient breakfast tasty food
The location was really great, very close to the train station. Staff was nice and helped me with directions. The breakfast was sufficient with various options. I found a restaurant downstairs convenient, and the food there was tasty.
The lift felt a bit small with my luggage. It was a squeeze getting everything in there.
