the location is great. the staff was friendly
there were stairs to reception. we had heavy luggage and this was not easy. the pillows were terribly thin. this affected sleep quality.

the receptionist Anna WAS so helpful. she gave suggestions for local spots and directions. the newly renovated room on the 4th floor was clean. the bed offered comfort. i discovered complimentary water IN the fridge.
the walls ARE thin, so i could occasionally hear neighbors.

This location IS ideal. It's very close to the main train station. proximity to the station allows convenient access. the hotel is very silent DESPITE being located in the center.

The location was really great, very close to the train station. Staff was nice and helped me with directions. The breakfast was sufficient with various options. I found a restaurant downstairs convenient, and the food there was tasty.
It was a squeeze getting everything in there.
