the rooms has thoughtful design, i saw that. we had a cosy room. location was great for restaurants. it was easy to walk to many places.
The shower had no door. Water went everywhere.

the architecture was inviting upon arrival, it felt very cute. the staff was understanding. i was delighted with the room decor. i was on the first floor, this gave me high ceilings.
the room i paid for was falling apart, it was disappointing. the coat rack fell, it barely missed my eye. the hallway lights were burned out. i had to call the front desk, bulbs needed replacement.

i found the staff helpful , especially with directions. the bed was very comfortable , possibly the most comfortable i have ever slept on. also , the hotel is very close to the metro .
the room i stayed in felt quite far from the elevators , requiring a bit of a walk to get to and from my room.

the lounge area offered a fun, relaxing space after a busy day exploring. there is always a lively atmosphere in the entrance courtyard , though it never felt overly crowded. i spotted plenty of guests enjoying this vibrant area.

the staff showed attentiveness and provided efficient , professional service. thomas at the bar prepared an amazing espresso martini. ashwin , the reception manager , demonstrated great kindness and dedication in ensuring guest satisfaction. all the staff members were friendly and helpful.

the cosy room was thoughtfully designed. i found the bed offered great comfort. the bathroom provided excellent facilities , including a great shower. the rooms are chic with an interesting design , though not very big.

The rooms had horrendous lighting. The rooms are dark. I had to ask for a spare light. The hotel didn't provide bedroom slippers or bath robes.
