Uneven stay, some issues observed.
slow servicelack of air conditioning
I noticed some problems . The lack of air conditioning was an issue. The room became quite warm because the hotel only activates it later in the year. I discovered the room service was slow. It took quite AWHILE to receive a simple order, it was really annoying. I wish these aspects were better.

I adored the rustic theme, a perfect touch for a winter stay. The christmas lights added warmth. our room was in the main building and the travel cot was a nuna, a very nice detail. The beds felt very comfortable. breakfast was quite busy, though it offered good food. we especially loved the cozy redwood bar and lounge after long park days.
I noticed only a minor detail, a small area showing slight wear. It is nothing that impacted the joy of the stay.

The staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness. They readily assisted with requests. they were efficient and provided a cute experience to all of us. was good, though some things could be better.

The location is super. The park is within a short walking distance. it is very convenient and enhances the overall experience because the atmosphere is cozy, though the path to the parks could use some love.

the hotel shop provided a good variety of themed items, a nice touch for souvenirs. the pool provided a refreshing swim after a day in the park. i found the golden forest lounge a calm space for relaxation, though it can get busy sometimes.

I appreciated the short walk to the parks. It was so Convenient. The room was clean, that was important to me. THE beds were comfortable, a plus after long days. I also liked the friendly staff.
The bathroom was dated. Some fixtures showed wear. I found few power outlets in the room, it was limiting. The noise level in the hallways was noticeable, especially at night.
