room decoration lovely touch breakfast variety jets action emotional shower order spa
The room decoration was lovely, a nice touch for my partner's birthday. The location was perfect. I found the music did not affect my stay. I also enjoyed a good variety of items for breakfast.
There were things that did not work. Some areas of the jets in the pool were out of action. The emotional shower was out of order.

Fantastic Stay in the City Center
rooftop swimming pool friendly staff central location really good customer service
The room featured ceiling-to-floor windows.. I enjoyed the view. The rooftop swimming pool and sunbathing area were wonderful, especially in the mornings. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing really good customer service. I especially appreciated the location, close to public transport, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets.
The hotel is located in an area with a vibrant nightlife, resulting in noise until the early hours. Earplugs were helpful.

Staff members were friendly and accommodating to all requests I. The young man and lady from the staff, possibly Italian, were very helpful. I received excellent service throughout the premises.

The hotel offers access to the H Spa Hotel, a luxury spa with multiple pools. A bridge connected both hotels, however it was only open from 9:30 to 19:00. A phone was available in my room allowing me to order breakfast brought to my room.

The breakfast had good variety and the hotel restaurant was quite satisfactory. Fresh omelettes were cooked upon request each morning. I found the food delicious and fulfilling, a great way to start the day.

street noise loose shower
i booked a room expecting some luxury, but the noise from the street kept me awake most nights. it was very loud, like a club was next door, and i did not sleep well. the room itself felt a bit cheap for what i paid, and i noticed several things did not work properly. the shower head was loose, and one of the lights flickered constantly, it was very distracting.

beautiful decoration comfy bed helpful waiter unheated pool party zone nightly party
The room featured beautiful decorations, i found the bed and pillows to be very comfy. The hot tub and shower were amazing, i used them every day. Food in the restaurant was very good and the waiters were very helpful.
The pool was NOT heated, disappointing as that was the main reason for my visit. I didn't realize this neighborhood is a party zone. There were people partying all night long EVERY night, IT WAS crazy. i ended up leaving every day to visit other towns.

a decent stay overall
rooftop pool helpful staff loud noise uncomfortable pillows
the location was pretty good. the staff was great and helpful. the room itself was amazing. the extra incentives such as the rooftop pool was very nice. i could socialise with people.
i found the noise an issue. the hotel was very close to many bars. it was very noisy until 3 or 4 each morning. also the pillows were very uncomfortable. it made sleeping really hard.

The room was elegant and modern. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice amenity for sunbathing in the mornings. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise was AWFUL. The location was very close to many bars. It was noisy until 3 or 4 each morning, so sleeping was hard.
