The subway station was a walkable distance. Dining stores were nearby. the room was very spacious, i had plenty of room for luggage. fresh towels were delivered daily. I found that to be a nice amenity.

the staff seemed efficient and professional so i suppose that was adequate
the room smelled a bit like body odor i found it rather off-putting. within half an hour, my partner started experiencing an allergic reaction it was not a fun night. she couldn't sleep due to allergies it was very inconvenient

Our comfort twin room cleaning every 4 days offered ample space, important for our family. The kitchen had enough equipment, so i could easily prepare meals. I appreciated the shop located downstairs. It stocked essential food items. A few train lines are nearby , made exploring easy.
The wall molding had some peeling paint, which detracted slightly from the overall appearance of the room.

The staff spoke English well, I was grateful for that and were always ready to assist, for instance, providing daily fresh towels. They also supplied water each day, a very NICE touch. I found the service efficient.

The hotel includes a washer and dryer. Detergent was provided! I found the inclusion of these amenities very convenient. The views from the 20th floor were quite excellent. The hotel even provided umbrellas for use on rainy days.

The location was good because it was near two train stations.
I was disappointed with the room conditions. I found mold around the vents in the first room, so I requested a different room. The new room was cleaner, but the beds were uncomfortably firm.
