The room was clean with well-equipped features and spacious for an urban setting. The service I received felt excellent even when I asked for something unusual. The breakfast was very good and quite enjoyable. I especially loved the fresh coffee selection. I found the hotel quiet, though located in a lively area.

The location was awesome! i walked to so many places. the staff were very cute and friendly. Their assistance with luggage forwarding made my onward travel easy.
Cleaning only happened every four days. this seemed infrequent compared to other places i stayed in. also, there was no daily housekeeping. I wish this had been disclosed more clearly.

The air conditioning worked well (a great relief during my August stay). The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location proved very convenient for accessing various attractions. I particularly appreciated how close the hotel was to shops, restaurants, and the train station.
The room felt quite small. There was not enough room to easily access clothes in and out of my suitcases.
