I also found it annoying there was no coffee in the room at all. (I mean, seriously?). The staff wasn't particularly friendly either. They had a real "computer says no" attitude.

the onsen was a fantastic way to relax after exploring. the staff were very helpful and attentive . i appreciated the complimentary water and the maps they provided! wifi was reliable throughout the hotel.
The room was quite small. I found it difficult to fully unpack my luggage. the limited storage space made it challenging to keep the room tidy. i hope they consider more space .

the hotel's breakfast included a simple salad with fresh leaves, sliced tomatoes, and seasoned chicken. yogurt was available as a lighter option, and coffee was served in thermoses. it provided a convenient start to the day.

it is easy to get to the main station and several subway lines. tsukiji fish market is a short walk, roughly ten to fifteen minutes. many charming streets and varied restaurants exist nearby for exploration.

the location was amazing, just steps from the subway. i found plenty of restaurants and shops nearby (it was so convenient). the japanese-style hot bath on the second floor was a great addition.
the self-check-in computer was not very user-friendly.

the reception helped locate my daughter's backpack. it contained her favorite teddy bear. the staff were really nice. we appreciate their assistance so much. the hotel boasts a japanese style hot bath on the second floor. i found that very charming. it was a nice way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the hotel also offers convenient transfers from both airports. there are great connection choices for other journeys too. i got a room on the top floor this time. it had a great tokyo sky tree view.
