great location helpful staff affordable restaurants cramped room poor towel few channels
The location offered easy access to several metro lines, convenient. The staff were so helpful. They assisted me with directions. There were also many affordable restaurants within a short walk.
My room felt a little cramped. I had minimal space for my luggage. The towel quality was not great. I found them a bit rough. The television did not have many international channels. This was a little disappointing.

I found the location convenient. It was easy to access shops and restaurants. the premium floor offered a dedicated lounge area. amenities like coffee, tea, and snacks added to my comfort, plus, i appreciated that the room was quiet. I slept soundly.
the room felt a bit small, and moving around with two suitcases was challenging.

the staff was very polite and friendly, providing everything i asked for. luggage transfer was accepted, a huge plus. i could also store my luggage before check-in.

the hotel includes vending machines inside, so i had easy access to drinks and snacks. there were washing machines, an ice machine, and an ice cream vending machine available. the elevator was fast, a small but nice convenience.

my room had comfortable beds. ac air conditioning worked great during the summer. the shower was awesome!!! windows could be opened in the room, allowing fresh air.

plentiful supplies great approach
the location was convenient for seeing many parts. plentiful supplies were available on the ground floor for use i found that a great approach for helping the environment
the room seemed slightly small. i think a bit more space would have added more comfort

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to several metro stations. It made getting around easy. A convenience store across the street was useful for quick necessities. I often used the coffee machine available on my floor. My room suited my needs as a solo traveler.
I noticed a strong cigarette smell in the lobby, near the check-in area. This odor was quite unpleasant upon arrival. I also detected it in the bedroom, so I purchased deodorizing beads.

excellent location polite staff standard amenity
the location is excellent, close to everything i needed including the metro, cafes, and restaurants. the staff were very polite and helpful . my premium floor double room non-smoking had standard amenities. plus, i found a kettle in the room, super practical for making tea.
the tv in my room did not have international channels like cnn or bbc. i had hoped to catch up on some news.

the location was pretty good there was a convenience store nearby i guess that's a plus
the room they gave me was small i knew they were small but this was ridiculous opening my suitcase was a strategic operation also there wasn't much storage space so i lived out of my suitcase the whole time
