staff offered a REALLY helpful service. breakfast included fresh and delicious meal. The coffee machine in room was GREAT. The location provided easy access to town attractions.
The car park was sometimes FULL, due to pub visitors also using it. Street parking however was available.

i found the breakfast menu offered a wide variety of options. the refillable bramley toiletries were a lovely touch! the spacious pub garden was a bonus, and i spent some time there. the checkout time was at 11 am.
The stairs were steep. And narrow because the building dates back to the 1700s.

The staff was always available. They handled every request with care. the room included a modern television, i watched multiple shows. the breakfast buffet had various options. the location offered easy access to nearby attractions, so i visited the surroundings.
The bathroom had a minor leak near the shower. It was addressed quickly by the maintenance team.

The hotel food tasted really good. The staff members were helpful and quite friendly. The location allowed us to explore the surrounding area with ease. We enjoyed our time here.
the kettle didn't turn itself off. This was a safety issue. None of the windows opened so the room was stuffy. There was no air conditioning to provide any relief.

The room included quality decor and bathroom fixtures. I slept very well in the comfortable bed with lovely linen. Breakfast was delicious and generous each morning. The staff were friendly and proactive during check-in and check-out, which i appreciated.
The room lacked complimentary biscuits to go with the tea and coffee.
