excellent cooked breakfast friendly staff easy parking inadequate lighting broken latch cold draft
The cooked breakfast i had was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. our room was quiet and clean. i appreciated the hotel offered easy parking.
I found there was not enough lighting in the gardens near louisa lodge at night. i had to use my mobile phone's torch. the latch on my window was broken. A cold draft came through.

quaint central stay
central location readily available parking spacious double room
I found purbeck house well-situated for easy access to both the town centre and the seafront. parking proved readily available, something i always value in town centre hotels. i stayed in the lodge and my double room presented as spacious, clean and equipped with expected amenities. the breakfasts were very good. A range of options tasted fresh each morning.
The tv in my room did not function properly, even though i did not spend much time there! the showerhead could benefit from an improvement.

staff members proved notably friendly and helpful throughout my visit. the ladies at reception were particularly accommodating and efficient. i appreciated their quick responses to inquiries and their willingness to assist with directions and local information.

the english breakfast offered a delicious start to each day! i enjoyed the variety of options available in the conservatory. the produce seemed carefully selected, including locally sourced eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes that enhanced the flavour.

The hotel's central position allows easy exploration of the high street. the proximity to the swanage railway further enhanced accessibility to the surrounding area. car parking availability offered a significant benefit, especially given the central location. I found it very convenient.

wide choice many tables ample parking
the BREAKFAST had many choices and it was in a big conservatory. the garden had tables and benches where i sat. the parking area had lots of spaces, even when full.
my room's window faced trees, making it a little dark.

amazing wedding stay!
beautiful places comfy rooms spot on breakfast reasonable price
my wife and i had our wedding near here on april 20th 2024! the grounds were perfect for photos and the price was very reasonable. the bar staff in the evening were good fun! everything was organised in the background without us lifting a finger, from caterers to the dj.
The hotel has no elevator. You definitely get your steps in!
