decent stay with some drawbacks

the hotel grounds impressed me with their well maintained state. the food i had for dinner was great (the grilled meats were prepared).
i found that the rooms were not very soundproof. noise from the adjacent room was quite audible and disruptive. the room looked a little old.

decent place with minor flaws

beautiful gardenslimited options
the gardens were beautiful. mature landscaping created a peace all around. two swimming pools provided ample space for relaxation.. the chiringuito offered lovely views of the sea. it was a great spot to unwind.
the chiringuito closed quite early at 6.30 pm. the restaurant bar shut down at 7.30 pm leaving limited options for drinks later in the evening. the rooms were not very soundproof. i could clearly hear noise from the adjacent room.

the place seemed a bit worn. my mountain view room was quite basic. the fan was too noisy and the air con blasted cold air. i had trouble getting comfortable. the walls werent soundproofed so i could hear everything from the next room. a noisy fan, thin walls

we had an wonderful experience. from arrival, i was impressed by the beautiful suite and the delicious food. the staff was kind, a true hidden gem. i will definitely return whenever i visit (i already dream of my next stay!).
the rooms are not well sound proofed. it was super noisy from the next door room.

loud air conditioningmusty smell
The air conditioning was so loud. It sounded like a truck idling right outside my window, all night long! The room also had these weird, musty smell. It was far from pleasant! I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The mini-fridge also didn't seem to keep anything cold, even after I cranked it up to the highest setting. It barely made a dent.

The gardens were beautiful. The landscaping is mature. I noticed two lovely swimming pools. The Chiringuito faces the water, superb. I found the spa and gym area adequate. I also noted the nearby beach horse riding stable.
The fan in the room was a bit noisy, and the air conditioning was so cold. There was a fine line between stuffy and freezing.

Breakfast features an excellent selection. I observed that the staff is super friendly. Dinner seemed delicious too. I found the outdoor dining areas perfect for enjoying the evening.

My room included a bath. I found great water pressure and also a bathroom hairdryer. The room also had a mini fridge and quiet air conditioning. I even got Sky news on the TV.
